It gives the error just like<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Something went wrong.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sorry, we ran into a problem streaming office. Please try again<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Or<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please Stay online while office downloads<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"495\" height=\"301\" src=\"https:\/\/jubytech.com\/jubynews\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-351\" srcset=\"https:\/\/news.jubytech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/image-2.png 495w, https:\/\/news.jubytech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/image-2-300x182.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 495px) 100vw, 495px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To fix this problem first complete uninstall office by the tool provided my Microsoft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can download the tool from here &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/aka.ms\/SaRA-officeUninstallFromPC\"><strong>Office 365 uninstall support tool<\/strong><\/a><strong><u><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First complete uninstall application and try to reinstall office 365, if you found  problem still there<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Run the same tool again and then delete the office folder manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Microsoft office 365 installation Location<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>To make sure you removed all the Office files, <\/li><li>delete the Windows Installer package located under&nbsp;<strong><u>C:\\Program Files\\Office 16.<\/u><\/strong><\/li><li>Then type&nbsp;<strong><u>%ProgramFiles%<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;in the Windows Search bar.<\/li><li>Delete the&nbsp;<strong><u>Microsoft Office 16<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong><u>Microsoft Office&nbsp;folders<\/u><\/strong>.<\/li><li>Now, type&nbsp;<strong><u>%ProgramFiles(x86)%,<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;and remove the Microsoft Office folder as well.<\/li><li>Finally, launch the Registry Editor and navigate <strong><u>to&nbsp;HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Office<\/u><\/strong>. Delete the <strong><u>Office folder<\/u><\/strong>.<\/li><li>Then go <strong><u>to&nbsp;HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Office<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;and delete the <strong><u>Office folder<\/u><\/strong>.<\/li><li>Restart your computer.
